Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a wholesale account and continue as an authorized reseller of our products, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Operate a physical retail store (with or without an online presence), or

  • Be an online-only retailer with an established and verifiable customer base.

Please Note:

  • Reselling our products on third-party platforms such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon is strictly prohibited.

  • Wholesale purchases for personal use are not allowed.

  • Each applicant is subject to a review process to verify business legitimacy and brand alignment. We reserve the right to deny or revoke wholesale privileges at any time and for any reason.

Ordering & Invoicing
Invoices are available upon request and all payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD). To place a wholesale order, please contact us directly. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to abide by all outlined policies.

Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are available exclusively to approved wholesale accounts.
Wholesale pricing is intended solely for businesses reselling our products in-store or on their own websites.
Promotional or volume orders may qualify for alternate discounts but do not fall under standard wholesale pricing. Please contact us for custom pricing discussions.

Discounts
Wholesale pricing already reflects a substantial discount and does not qualify for additional discounts unless:

  • A special promotional offer is running, or

  • A high-volume order is negotiated under a written agreement.
    Orders placed with unauthorized discount codes will be canceled.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to shipment of any order.
No Net terms are available at this time.

Free shipping is available for all wholesale orders placed directly through our website.

If there are any delays or exceptions, you will be notified promptly.

Bulk Orders & B2B Sales
We accept bulk purchases for resale to other businesses (B2B accounts) or distributors. Please inquire for more information on wholesale partnerships.

If you ordered through TutaDeal, please follow their specific return and support procedures.

Damaged Items
All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
Any claims regarding damaged or defective items must be made within 5 days of delivery.
