Return Instructions for TutaDeal.com
If you wish to return an item purchased from TutaDeal.com, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery:
Safely pack the item in its original packaging.
All products must be returned in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.

All return shipments must be sent using a trackable method such as USPS or insured mail.
Please Note:
Customers do not need to pay a return shipping fee.
Shipping, handling charges, and any applicable fees will be reimbursed.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
You must provide a valid tracking number when completing the return form to ensure proper processing.
Regular items can be returned for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Once the Fulfillment Center receives and confirms your return (usually within 72 hours), you will receive an email confirmation.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 7 days.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3β5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

There is no restocking fee.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please email us at: contact@tutadeal.com with clear photos of the item.
You do not need to return the defective item β we will send a replacement immediately.
Wrong Item or Not as Described
If you receive the wrong product or one that doesnβt match the description, contact us at: contact@tutadeal.com with photos.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and ship a replacement once tracking is confirmed.
Change of Mind
Returns due to a change of mind are accepted. Please follow the standard return process above.
Canceling an Order
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to process the cancellation, but it cannot be guaranteed if the order has already shipped.
If your order ships before cancellation is confirmed, you may still return it upon delivery.
